In a word, craftsmanship. We found that Domenick paid attention to every detail & will communicate any issues(example 1 of the dozen electrical outlets in the kitchen had the 'ears' trimmed off & wouldn't be as sturdy when used, he pointed it out so we could correct the problem). Of course, the backsplashs in kitchen & bathroom look amazing.
